Freemotion Quad/Hamstring

This machine functionally trains all of the leg muscles to work together for sports or engaging in activities of daily living. The DS Quad/Hamstring machine uses the GENESIS™ swivelling pulleys and extensive cable travel to offer fluid motion whether performing a standing curl or dynamic soccer kick. The ability to train the entire lower body on one unit saves valuable floor space in the weight room.
