The unique, standing design of the EPIC Selectorised Glute machine trains the muscles of the legs to work together in a more real life manner. While the resistance is targeted to the working leg, the standing leg builds strength in the joint stabilizers and core for balance. Adjustable chest pad and handles comfortably isolates the upper body.
